Where can I find my purchased courses?arrow

Follow the steps below to easily find your purchased courses:

1. In the App Store or on Google Play, search & download the "Creta Class" app;

2. Find the "Learn" module in the app to check your purchased courses.

After a completed purchase, when will the course start?arrow

Start time: In order to develop your child's good study habits, our course begins on Monday. The course will update in your app each day, from Monday to Friday.

Learning time: The lessons will update in your app from Monday to Friday, and each day's lesson is unlocked at midnight. Children can learn at any time they wish.

Remarks:

1. Class reminder: You will be reminded with some notices, based on your class start time, after you have made a purchase.

Can the course be taken on laptop, PC, or Mac?arrow

Currently, only mobile devices and tablets are supported.
